Fearon's views on boxing are generally beneath contempt.

Regarding the post where Fearon refers to David Walker as white boy, presumably having a problem with him, I'd like to mention that Walker is the nicest guy I've personally known in boxing.

Fearon may wish to note that white boy (Walker) has done far more for Harry Senior, since Harry's awful head injury, than Fearon.

I wouldn't say Fearon was an Area level fighter, Margaret Thatcher.

Yes, he got a few of underseved shots at the Southern Area title, but he was being offered up as gimme. Walker's style always left him open to 'up & downers', and that's why David's fans loved him. At the end of the day, Walker won and would beat Fearon 10 times out of 10.

IMO Fearon was a 4 round fighter, who struggled with 6 rounders, but that should not preclude him from being used by boxing channels etc....it's the fact that he's probably one of the most detested dumb fucks in boxing.

Then becomes a loud, foul mouthed "you love you hate" character and he becomes a PPv star. Don't get me wrong I think Mayweather is a bit of tool but not as bad as he would have you believe.

One thing people seem to forget about Mayweather it was DLH that made him a PPV star. DLH quest to be P4P #1 - before that Mayweather was not massive at the box office, respectable yes, but DLH vs Mayweather changed the face of boxing and DLH seems almost a forgotten fighter these days - now seems to be more spoken about in terms of dressing up in lingerie, his addictions problems and golden boy promotions - he was an absolute transcending boxing star also. Mayweather was definitely the right hand side of that fight, but credit where it is due - he continued that momentum well, even though it was one of his worse performances.
