It was reminiscent of the time that I recognized Conan O’Brien the week of Comicon, a few blocks from there. Same thing, only Conan was walking. I did not recognize him until we looked directly at each other and he thought that I recognized him and looked away quickly and sped up.

In both cases what jogged my recognition was their reaction to the idea that I recognized them. I have dealt with a lot of powerful and famous individuals over the years. Seeing a GingerHead or Conan on the street is not a big deal to me, and I would not even consider interrupting their day / privacy.

The Soviet Princess was p!ssed both times though, especially with the GingerHead incident. She was actually going to try to chase him down.

He was leaner and seemed taller than I expected; about 5’8”.

Interesting. So you're married to a Russian girl? Good for you. I used to be friends witha guy who always referred to his girlfriend as The Princess.

I used to visit San Diego too, but haven't been there in about 3 years now. Was that at the whadyacallit it Mission Bay? I used to go there to jog and also to use the chinup bars and dip bars and do situps on the bench. It is beautiful there. I also did some kayaking but a bit farther north. I wish I was there right now.

My favorite CA beach workout though was going up and down the long stairways that led down to the beach from the cliffs.

Tbh, I think that he likely jogged the entire area, but I saw him on the boardwalk next to the convention center where the mega yachts dock.

What does tbh mean? Yes, I know that area too. It's all pretty there, but Mission Bay is my favorite I used to go down to that national park on the southern tip too. There's a very long hill you can jog there if you're into jogging hills.
