This morning, Spong tweeted that he "just received word from VADA that my third and last urine sample taken on Oct 2nd was negative for all prohibited substances. As I’ve said all along, I’m a clean fighter and the previous results were inaccurate or manipulated. Who is responsible for this? It's shameful that I've been robbed of this opportunity... I've been wronged and I'm pissed off." Spong accompanied the social media post with a letter from VADA showing he tested negative with a sample collected on October 2nd..
Note that a negative test does not mean Spong (or any other athlete) never cheated. If the Ocotber 2nd clean test posted by Spong was the B sample of the original positive test, then Spong has a very strong argument for a false positive. But Spong said the negative result came on his "third and last urine sample" in which case there could have been a prohibited substance in his system at the time of the first two tests that had cycled out before the third test. In such a case there could be BOTH cheating by Spong and a negative third test result.

Usyk easily outboxes Chazz then turns it up and stops him in 7th--gave him a beating and the corner stopped it at the end of the round.
For HW Usyk brings a lot of skill for a HW and at this weight a lot quicker than most guys. The footwork is on another level to pretty much all of the HWs. He also boxed disciplined and didn't get sloppy. The negative is what everyone knowss, that he lacks power for the weight. Landed plenty but never really hurt Chazz seriously.

Not only is there no other heavyweight that can move like he does in the ring, there is no other cruiserweight or light heavyweight that can either.

Yeah, Usyk looked well-prepared and fit despite the pretty long lay-off and the injury, which caused it. Gotta keep fighting, this bout was an easy work.

Interviewer: "Are you ready to fight the winner of Ruiz-Joshua or Deontay Wilder?"
Usyk: "I'm not here to fornicate spiders, mane."

Whatever happens with Usyk at heavyweight, you can't help but like him, just because he's batshit crazy. We've all got that one friend that's unhinged and this is what he reminds me of. https://youtu.be/gWGVL6Q_j6Y

Total domination from start to finish from Usyk, Witherspoon was pure gash, he did last longer than I thought but mainly because Usyk was more patient than I expected, he targeted the body of Witherspoon, jabbing it and driving the left hand in, by the end Usyk was jarring his head back and letting his hands go and Witherspoon looked ready to go, I never thought he'd retired after the 7th, a bit boring at times especially after the Bivol fight but all in all a decent work out, time to crack on

That bit where he’s doing his dancing .
I could just picture him doing that in some dingy club, and the local hard nuts taking exception to it. Boy would they be in for a shock!!!!

My favourite Usyk moment is him video bombing Bob Arum's interview with Sky. You could hear the crowd laughing when he appeared with those crazy eyes.
