If AJ thinking about legacy and how he'll be remembered, and not only about money - he need third fight!
Actually he need KO in third fight.

On the other hand, Hearn will do everything to avoid it....

Nah, no one will care about AJ not getting a 2nd win over him in the longrun, boxing fans are mostly short sighted and will just see that Josh won the last fight widely as he was expected to initially . No Lewis-Rah 3 or Mcall 3 was needed

Or maybe Ruiz needs to prove he actually wants to win by training properly and get his far arse in shape.

He's already beat many opponents better than Ruiz anyway, and now has dominated Ruiz. It means pretty much nothing for legacy

No need because Lewis obliterated Rahman in the rematch and McCall lost his mind.

Ya, and AJ 11-1'd bigboi, total easy win and dominance. AJ has bigger fish now and has already beat Andy and several guys better than Andy. Who even wants to see it now anyway, there are better fights and fresh new opponents.

Yeah, like Pulev; Charr; Whyte; maybe Usyk. Mouth watering. :OhYes:

Of course you do.

Ya, because I am rationale and reasonable, and actually want the better fights and not fatboi losing every round again, and not the same f@cking matchup for 3 fights straight

But nah, it's not like Whyte-AJ was a cracking fight the first time, and nah no one would be interested in Usyk-AJ. And ya, because Charr is totally going to happen right

By the way. I voted "no." I want AJ to face Wilder/Fury winner and wouldn't mind AJ taking on Luis Ortiz or Usyk. The rest are just win column fodder.

Yup. Just rasin' a ruckus. Ruiz would need to prove over the course of several fights that he can actually get into and stay in shape. That's my reason. Not because AJ was able to sidestep Jabba The Hut in the ring for 12 rounds. BTW, those opponents I mentioned were uttered by Eddeh. The great and honest factual communicator.

Usyk and Whyte make for a good lead up. Pulev is an obligation that sucks.

Hell no, I'd be shocked if Ruiz ever won another meaningful fight.

Fighting Ruiz a third time would only be means to delay more meaningful fights.

If Whyte is reinstated as #1 WBC contender, a fight with AJ with the Silver belt on the line makes sense.
What better way to fight Wilder, than become his mandatory. Of course Eddie would have to eventually force legal action on the WBC, then it would go to negations, that would fail, then more legal threats to the WBC to force a purse bid, then that drags on for another 6 months, so late 2021?

Please no.
He might listen to his trainer a little bit more.
He's more interested in the buffet than boxing.
