Either Fury on points (on my card) or Wilder ices him.

Both are equally viable.

Ortiz was giving Wilder a boxing lesson until the KO and Fury, although should do what Ortiz did for the distance - looked rubbish against Walin.

A real pick’em but I have feeling Wilder catches him cleanly ‘this time’ and big Fury doesn’t get up.

The judges will always favour Wilder and he’s not old enough to start showing to be shot or his passion diminished.

Basically there is nothing else that weekend and the super bowl is on fox which will allow for a big promotional push. Espn and fox are banking on this being huge to reap some money on their boxing investments. If fury were to pull out its a really big deal

LIVE TV presser set for Jan 25 in LA

Details were released on Wednesday regarding a second press conference featuring Deontay Wilder and British rival Tyson Fury.

Firstly, the announcement comes on the back of previous rumors there would be no pre-fight events for the heavyweight rematch.

However, the pair are ready to discuss the Pay-Per-View bout once more.

This time, Wilder and Fury will go at it live on FOX and ESPN from California.

Details of the TV broadcast were also revealed.

More verbal insults are expected as the sport gears up for one of the biggest top division battles in two decades.

Undefeated WBC Heavyweight Champion Deontay “The Bronze Bomber” Wilder and unbeaten lineal champion Tyson “The Gypsy King” Fury will go face to face at a Los Angeles press conference. It will be televised live on FOX, ESPNEWS, ESPN Deportes and the ESPN App.

The event happens Saturday, January 25 at 1:00 PM PT. A few weeks before they continue their rivalry in the ring Saturday, February 22 in a historic, joint FOX Sports PPV & ESPN+ PPV live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Tyson Fury has recruited legendary cutman Jacob ‘Stitch’ Duran for his rematch with Deontay Wilder next month.

The ‘Gypsy King’ will get a second shot at WBC champion Wilder at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on February 22 after their dramatic draw in December 2018.

After vowing to knock the ‘Bronze Bomber’ out inside two rounds, it seems as though Fury will adopt a more aggressive approach for the rematch after feeling he was cheated in the first fight.

And the added risk involved in that strategy is clearly not lost on Fury, who has decided to spare no cost in his preparation for the sequel in Sin City.

Having suffered a horrendous gash in his last fight against Otto Wallin which required 47 stitches and plastic surgery, Fury has hired Duran to help him if he finds himself in trouble against Wilder.

The cutman for the fight against Wallin, Jorge Capetillo was handsomely rewarded for dealing with the potentially career-threatening injury in September.

And after Wilder’s ominous threat to target the cut, Fury has decided to go with the best and bring in Duran – who celebrated their partnership with a gushing post on Instagram.

‘Stitch’ has history with Fury having worked in Wladimir Klitschko’s corner on that infamous night in Dusseldorf in 2015 when Fury took the world heavyweight titles from the giant Ukrainian.

‘Dr Steelhammer’ formed a tight relationship with Duran throughout his career, having met him on the set of Ocean’s 11 and then subsequently working with him in his last fight against Anthony Joshua in 2017.

‘Stitch’ has also worked alongside UFC legends Anderson Silva, Georges St-Pierre, Lyoto Machida, Forrest Griffin and Cain Velasquez, before he was released by the company in 2015 for comments made about sponsors Reebok.

Should be exciting whichever way it goes.

Initially, Top Rank and PBC planned a three-fight PPV card headlined by the heavyweight title rematch between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury for Feb. 22 with TR handling one PPV undercard fight and PBC handling the other. But multiple sources told ESPN on Friday that they've decided to add a fourth fight to the PPV, which will match a TR fighter against a PBC fighter.

They weren’t big fights though. They were domestic rematches.

So? And I mean no doubt to me that Chisora was better than the rematch version of Stiverne. Was Wilder-Stiv 2 a big fight to you? I also think it's debatable that Wilder was doing much better in the Ortiz rematch, he'd arguably lost every round to a guy he'd already ko'd

I think this rematch analysis is overrated in this regard. SRR was better in rematches. Many many many more of them.
