Perhaps I've misread your intended opinion conveyed in your post.

Are you seriously claiming that Artur Beterbiev is already an all-time-great, based purely on his victory over the mentally-scarred Oleksandr Gvozdyk, coupled with hitting the deck during the course of his win against the European level Callum Johnson, which are the highlights of the Russian's professional career to-date?

Don't get me wrong, because I think Beterbiev is a really good fighter, but he's not even Hall-of-Fame worthy, let alone being an all-time-great.

Even the most passionate die-hard Beterbiev fan wouldn’t have the sheer audacity to pretend he’s got an impressive resume.

Beterbiev carried Deines, he's [Beterbiev] an extremely strong fighter, he could have finished this one off a long time before the 10th.
He was obviously holding back as early as the fourth round maybe even earlier.

If you told people there was a 36 year old, 16-0 16 KO, WBC and IBF Light Heavyweight Champion, do you think they'd come knocking ?
They should do.

Artur Beterbiev conceded, during post-fight interviews, the fact that he was disappointed about his performance against Deines.

The Russian under-performed. Beterbiev “wasn’t good” against Deines (his words, not mine).

He didn't seem like he was going all out, I wouldn't necessarily say it was a poor performance as he looked good when he applied himself.
To be honest Beterbiev looks well hard and appears extremely strong, there's a couple of questions regarding his skill level but he's one of those fighters who's mere strength could take him places.
