Are we allowed to pick fighters that aren't on the posted featherweight list if we think they might end up on the full list later? Dr Duke mentioned Barrera and Pacquiao in that thread; there are also guys who didn't win a title at the weight but were there for some kind of time like Fidel LaBarba, Kid Chocolate, Jimmy McLarnin who might in theory be viable as late picks.

No big deal if not, I was just wondering.
