I'd rather talk about Floyd's hair. I think he looks better bold. Anyone agree?

Jake Paul: Mayweather Fighting Logan? He Needs Us To Sell Millions of PPVs
Social media superstars Jake and Logan Paul been making waves in the boxing world for the last two years.
Their tremendous following on the internet, with 43 million followers combined just on Youtube alone, have made them lucrative targets since turning pro.
Last month, it was revealed that younger brother Jake Paul (3-0, 3 KOs) had agreed to a multi-fight deal with Showtime.
And older brother Logan Paul (0-1) will return to the ring on Sunday, when he faces five division world champion Floyd Mayweather in an eight round exhibition fight. Their bout will be the main event of a Showtime Pay-Per-View.
Logan Paul turned pro in 2019, when a controversial split decision loss to Youtube rival KSI.
So why would Mayweather, who retired in August of 2017, return to the ring to face such an inexperienced fighter?
"He has to," Jake Paul said to Brian Campbell of CBS Sports. "That's why he is fighting my brother. Who else is Floyd going to fight that will sell millions of pay-per-views? He needs us more than we need him."
Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, rejected the insinuation that Floyd needs either brother to sell a major pay-per-view.
"There is zero validity to any of that," Ellerbe told CBS Sports. "Imitation is the highest form of flattery, I always say that. I always say that! They have taken Floyd's blueprint and have been able to run with it and I applaud them for that. But to make any notion of Floyd needing them is really one of the dumbest comments that I have actually heard in quite some time."
Because of their tremendous loyal followings on social media, Jake Paul believes he and his brother are bringing over a large crossover audience to the sport - an audience that rarely watched boxing in the past.
"We are bringing in a new light and a new wave," Jake Paul said. "That's because of the YouTube celebrity boxing culture and us bringing Instagram and all of our followers over. It's all new people who are wanting to pay for fights who normally wouldn't have."

Pantomine, the money man has picked an easy fight for huge money.
Now we have to put up with the circus.
PBF wouldnt bother fighting someone difficult even for 100 million.
He will have a stroll in the park for 500 million and then fight the blokes brother for another 500

Do people still get their knickers in a twist about this sort of crap??
Whether its this gross mismatch or a fight between 2 youtube novices, people get so pointlessly irate, these guys do massive numbers so they get more publicity, whether its a Youtuber, singer or actor, if their at top of their game in their own field, they'll do massive numbers whatever they do, its a fact of life whether they boxing or whatever, people act like they jumping up the rankings into world title fights or they taking real boxers places which is bollocks, these bozos have zero impact on whatever else happens in the sport, they disappear from it unti they've got another fight lined up,
Fury/Wilder or Spence/Crawford that's what a boxing fan should get pissed at, or PED cheats, dont give a fcvk about these Jake and Logan Paul's , as someone who escapes me said, nothing will save boxing and nothing will kill it, the vast majority of people who will pay for this would never pay for the PPVs hardcore boxing fans buy so they're not stealing from fighters mouths
Its a bit of a circus but if you can see it for what it is then you really shouldn't be getting offended

I don’t watch woman’s boxing either. I’d say this is more similar to Ali fighting Inoki or Archie Moore vs Dibiase.coneye wrote: ↑01 Jun 2021, 19:37Supose every cloud has a silver lining ,,, At least theres a good few undercard fights all getting a bit of work and some money ,, but personaly i would'nt pay for it , but this to me is no different than the women fights Hearn loves to put on , I don't watch them eitherWee Tommy wrote: ↑01 Jun 2021, 19:02Finally some sense mate. Can’t believe some people actually give Paul a chance......would people think Freddie Flintoff would beat Frazier/Ali/Foreman/Tyson/Fury/AJ, absolute bonkers

I think it’s both the huge size difference and the fact that lots of folk know absolutely nothing about boxing. I’ve heard folk say Floyd can’t punch for instance
Maybe folk would give Flintoff a chance with Paul Butler for example
Re: Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul | Exhibition - 6 June 2021
As bad as it is...Did Tyson vs Jones jr actually have any fights on the undercard?
That was a joke of a PPV by bt also

Jake Paul vs. Nate Robinson
Badou Jack fought as well.
It didn’t need an undercard. Tyson vs. RJJ was the ONLY reason to buy. Apart from Jake Paul fans.
