The boxrec forum is pretty much unique amongst forums in that it doesn’t really need mods because pretty much everyone acts like an adult and almost like a mirror image of boxing clubs everyone is treated with respect and is expected to treat others the same.

But I don’t think I’m speaking out of turn when I say that 99% of us would agree that this constant trolling by one member needs mod intervention.

Coghaugen has ruined this forum with his silly posts, constant bickering and bringing every single thread back to eubank. I have asked mods do intervene but they just aren’t interested. He has previously been banned from loads of other boxing forums for similar behaviour.

This is nothing personal btw, I know he’s got a long history of mental illness. It’s just ruining every other thread and an otherwise good forum.

The problem is, others do bite to his nonsense and the original topic gets lost among the petty posts😩 you have to scroll thru 3 pages to get back to the original discussion

Myself and the mods agree that if posts are factual and truthful, they’re good to go. It’s the weak and the bullshitters who troll and are intimidated by knowledge, and should be banned.

I’ve never been banned from any online platform or app or whatever.

So most of your posts are untrue. Plus you insult people. We aren't a bad bunch round here, and hope you are doing well mentally.

Don’t be intimidated if someone has more knowledge than you. Respond on-topic.

Quoted from Coggys article.

If you weren’t a boxer, what would you be?

I would have probably been in ballet. I was good enough in gymnastics, they told me I could start taking classes, because “you are that good”. That was in 1979. Gymnastics helped me so much in my career, because it gave me something other fighters did not have: poise. In boxing it gave me an elegance which the other participants in boxing just did not have.

Just imagine if you’d followed your great hero’s alternate career choice. The ballet forums would be in an uproar
