bud started to take over in the 2nd half as porter lost steam. then a nice counter uppercut floored porter in the 10th. and a follow up barrage put him down again, and then his corner stepped in even though he seemed clear headed. he was mad

Bit of an odd corner stoppage. Seemed ok just mad he got caught a few times.

Bring on Spence. The guru showed him how to deal with Porter, now it's time for a personal lesson.

Well done to Crawford for turning it round. I had him well down & needing a at least one knockdown to get anything more than a draw after 8 rounds & he did.

I don’t think it should have been stopped. He didn’t seem hurt to me. He looked more buzzed against Broner & Brook but I think the momentum had definitely shifted with Crawford clearly winning the ninth & Porter was likely to lose clearly on points or get properly stopped.

I think there’s something else at play with Porter’s dads comments & if he does carry on fighting I’d expect him to have a new trainer.

I don’t know what to make of it in terms of judging him against Spence. He got the stoppage but he also in my opinion lost as many rounds in 10 rounds against Porter than Spence did & lost more than Brook & Thurman did but ultimately the results what matters
& he found a way.

I had Crawford up 88-83. It wasn't a close fight. Crawford was much faster and in control, Porter landed his cleanest shots to the canvas after the final KD.

Those are good and honest scorecards. Most on here probably had Crawford ahead by only a round before the 10th..

was a satisfying fight

competitive, good action, nice ending. a real test for craw but one he passed, and better than spence did vs porter. also had reasonable judging.

Right. Only some scores were too close, but at least for the right guy.

looks like the judges all agreed on 1,3, and 5 for porter - those were the 3 rounds i gave him too. the 8th was super close and i almost scored it even , 2 went for shawn and 1 for tc
