Re: wilder-fury 4

Hell yeah, if Wilder wins 1 out of 4, he wins the series. That's what I'm talking about.
He landed numerous clean rights on Fury through those 30 f*cking rounds, he had Fury down 4 times, but all that stuff wasn't enough. He can't KO Fury. Simple as that. Proven clearly.Tony1244 wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021, 18:40I would NOT say Wilder could KO anyone with one shot. He could not have KO'D a prime Ali, Holmes or Jimmy Young. But he could KO Fury.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021, 18:33a wilder win isnt out of the question, youre right about that
thats what makes a 4th fight so interesting. wilder can ko anyone with 1 shot
the 3rd was great, so lets do a 4th![]()
i wonder what odds we could get on wilder delivering the big ko
I agree mate, just thinking of what we might hear. Whatever DW decides Ill support it. I believe he is still the number 2/3 heavyweight in the world. A performance like that only cements his position as a top heavyweight. After the 2nd fight many rightfully questioned that standing. DW needs to strengthening his ear drums !!!DrDuke wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021, 07:38Wilder had a long time for recovery after the 1 KD. Also, his 2nd KD of Fury was somewhere near behind the head area.amwsnw wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021, 07:21 What a fight!! As for #4 I don't want to see it but wilder will say that Fury got away with holding behind the head and throwing the upper cut, rabbit punches (Fury made a statement at the end saying he kept as clean as possible, but didn't deny it) and also the long count in the second fury knockdown - all of which are fair arguments.
With Usyk v Joshua likely to happen again I am not sure what is there for these guys other than to cash in on a 4th fight, or retire. Ideally we get Usyk v Fury and Wilder v Joshua next.
Sensational fight by both big men.
Wilder is clearly either #3 or #4 today for me. Usyk seems better. The Joshua matchup is highly intriguing. That's the fight that still should be made. It'll sell, everyone will love it.amwsnw wrote: ↑11 Oct 2021, 03:20I agree mate, just thinking of what we might hear. Whatever DW decides Ill support it. The Fury-Wilder series is done .margaret thatcher wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021, 00:40 wilder has the power to ko anyone with 1 punch!
he's always dangerous! it dont matter that he got his ass kicked
can't wait for the 4th fight - eventually if we keep picking him he'll win wont he? bandog says so!
Fury was down for about 14 seconds in the 4th round. One of the knockdowns he was down for an actual 9 seconds, not knowing what the count was, with his back turned to the referee. Fury went down the second time from grazing shots.DrDuke wrote: ↑11 Oct 2021, 03:14He landed numerous clean rights on Fury through those 30 f*cking rounds, he had Fury down 4 times, but all that stuff wasn't enough. Neither of Fury's KDs in this fight looked worse than the 2nd KD in the 1st fight. Despite obviously being bothered, Fury wasn't out both times in round 4 and was ready to get up in conformity with the speed of the ref's count.Tony1244 wrote: ↑11 Oct 2021, 09:26Fury was down for about 14 seconds in the 4th round. There was one uppercut of Wilder's that IF it had landed, it would have been lights out. But to be fair, I could also say that about bouts like Ali-Foreman or Holmes-Cooney. I know, IF my Aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle.![]()

..if that's what they in fact claim, I'd say it only adds to his reputation of a sore loser...kinda proving it beyond reasonable doubt imo... visiting a gynecologist could be a step in the right direction
