Showtime have 3 PPVs across 7 weeks. BT will have 3 PPVs across 10 weeks. It’s all simply greed. How can a BT customer be happy with the boxing they’ve had this year when seemingly their focus is simply on PPV?

I don’t love women’s boxing but I’m absolutely fine with an evenly matched women’s fight.

I agree it's poor what BT are at with all these PPVs, to me it looks like an exit strategy before they sell up BT Sport, probably to DAZN if it's still happening.

Barring Fury Wilder the number of buys for the other PPVs is likely very small. PPV at 5am does not work in UK. Unless it's a massive name like Fury, Joshua. Ricky Hatton years ago etc

If they want to extort fans with PPV give us the dignity of putting it on at a reasonable hour!

Most of the revenue will be coming from the US anyway. anything they make in the UK market they’ll consider a bonus.

True, they're probably hoping for a few quid with Tommy's name in UK.

It could do a bit better in UK if the undercard was good. I think it will outsell Canelo Plant in UK anyway.

Yeah, women's world title fights in pros are really not even comparable even though they try sell them at equal. In many divisions there is barely 10 fighters, most of the women are mid 30s and many don't start boxing until they are much older. Very few stoppages either.

Don't like repeating myself but we're fed so much of it now on top of men's mismatches it needs calling out.

The standard of girls in the ams is very, very high.

Well hopefully the standard gets better. If the schools were good then maybe the quality will improve. Cos at the moment women’s boxing is dreadful.

Well people only have themselves to blame , when they buy ppv's that are rubbish and a pisstake , or go to a boxing show thats got 80-20 fights alninght long ,,, well you only encourage it ,, these people , Hearn , ect are in a buisness they have profits to make , and the cheaper the rubbish they put on the less it costs the more they make simple , so vote with your feet , DON'T BUY THEM and DON'T GO TO THEM ,, unless there worthy of your hard earned dollar .

Yeah - will be similar to the Cunningham fight. Tyson won’t give him the necessary respect early doors and will go down hard. I actually think he goes down a couple of times but then mauls his way to a victory.

Yeah Hasbulla is a bit of a hothead. He has been known to lose control. I think this makes him dangerous though. Unpredictable.

Paul is coming off a split decision win over former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley on Aug. 29 in Cleveland. This will be Paul's third fight this year. He knocked out Ben Askren, a former Bellator and ONE champion and UFC veteran, in the first round back in April. Paul also owns knockout wins over NBA veteran Nate Robinson and fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib.

LOL I will concede I had to look him up , also admit , i sort of find it funny , got 3 sons , all boxed and kick boxed ,, reminds me of them when they were growing up , They were always at it , seemed every day , anything could set them off , it was usualy the youngest who started it ,, he'd back chat the eldest who would give him a clip , the middle one would take umridge to that , and help the youngest , who would then turn on the middle one for having a go with the eldest ,,,, .
