Men painting their nails is prevalent in heavy metal; goth; etc. Do you think Major League Catchers are gay for having their nails painted?

ive seen it a number of times in mma too, arlovski, yoel romero, chuck liddell, chris leben, jeff monson, etc
it seems there are some sub cultures where its a non gay thing to do
tbh, someone throwing a hissyfit over a dude with painted nails is even more snowflakey
