Good to see Akhmadaliev get the stoppage, I had him winning everything and my only criticism would've been he should've got Rios out of there after outclassing him all night, especially after hurting him to the body in the 3rd, Rios looked on verge of going down for about half a minute, brave showing but Akhmadaliev too good in every department, the footwork was sublime, darting in and out, side to side , punch picking was excellent the jab, right hook and left uppercuts, Rios couldn't deal with the speed and skill

Rios came out in 10th like he knew it was do or die but Akhmadaliev stumped him out and came out himself with bad intentions in the 12th, finally dropped Rios with a sickening left to the body Rios just about dragged himself up but a barrage had the ref jumping in, maybe Rios deserved the chance to hear bell but he was hurt and a mile behind

my guess, fulton talks trash about ak, 'he couldnt touch me' etc.........and one of them vacates to move up. pbc have an undefeated wbc champ (and challenger) at 126 that could be an option for fult.

the one i hope for more (again cross promotion though unfortunetly) is inoue-ak, if inoue decides to move up. i rate fulton but always find it hard to enjoy the pillow handed defensive types

Pretty much punch perfect from Rodriguez, a masterclass of boxing and fighting, he put a clinic on Rungvisai and beat him up and down, the speed and skill on show was phenomenal, the jab, straight lefts, short right hooks up close, he's a master of infighting, so compact and presice, Rungvisai didn't have an answer and looked shellshocked that Rodriguez could do that to him and there was nowt he could do about it, got dropped by a sweeping left in the 7th, not a big knockdown but the wheels were already off and Rodriguez never let him off hook in the 8th, lefts and rights rained down on Rungvisai when the ref stepped in

I think of all the things he brought against Cuadras, the defence was the biggest thing that made me- well let’s face it ‘sit up and take notice’ would be a shocker of an understatement, here - Cuadras has some flaws technically but he’s a decent offensive fighter who lets his hands go, but Bam’s slips and rolls and shelling up was just sooooooo perfect oh shit I’ve gone again

Bam is a special talent, one hell of a performance. Timing, angles, footwork and real responsibility from a defensive standpoint too. Type of fighter you can't avoid to miss already at only 22 years old. Had Bam down to win a decision but didn't expect him to utterly dominate like that, SSR was helpless in there.

On the undercard Ford looked the sharpest I've seen him, Medina didn't have the tools/style to trouble him but thought Ford looked really switched on and his jab was on point. Rios showed big balls to hang in there early after clearly being hurt very badly to the body but MJ a class above despite the problem with his left hand, after the injury he actually started to get the right hook going and landed it almost at will when leading off. MJ has a nice balance of moving effectively alongside some great combination punching, mixes up his game in an entertaining fashion.

That’s up there with one of the better performances I’ve seen in the last few years. 66% power punch accuracy and nearly 50% with everything else. Yes, Sor R isn’t what he used to be but Bam fought like an experienced pro himself; angle, accuracy, volume, high IQ and sexy footwork. Literally punch perfect and capped it off with a great finish were he hardly missed a shot. Great great stuff.

I’d stay at super fly and take on Choco for sure. With his punch outlay and Bam’s accuracy you have to be look at a FOTY contender. If that can’t be made then Estrada… so many options and then he can move around depending what he fancies. They’re saying he can still make 108lbs so can absolute dominate 3 weight divisions before he’s 25. Exciting times and could already be looking at a future HOF fighter imo. Nothing not to like about him.

Ahkmalediev dominated Rios with pretty much a lead right hand pretty impressively. Then finished pretty brutally in the last.

It was brave but it was hilarious that Rios chose to take 3 clean headshots instead of taking a knee in the last. Foolhardy and could’ve been stopped for it tbh… was too brave for his own good. Couldn’t deal with MJ’s far superior skills and quite frankly didn’t have the skills himself to mix it up. No shame in that as MJ quite the talent. Shame PBC and DAZN don’t get on - that Fulton v Ahkmalidiev fight pure sexy time.

Wtf was McCaskill’s opponent all about??? Undisputed fight and she says no mas after 6 minutes and just wants to go back to her kid. Get in the bin and get out the sport. Don’t care if you’ve been kidnapped in Mexico… you get this opportunity you have to give more. Quite frankly damaging to woman’s boxing that shit.

Ray Ford dominated his unbeaten but v v poor opponent quite easily. Nothing to say. Medina is young so can learn but this was an easy fight for Ford. Needs to rematch the guy he got the SD against.

4 decent fights on paper. 4 one sided fights but I enjoyed the Rios/Mj and Bam/Sor fights.

Not gonna lie, I’m a bit of a fan of Sor Rungvisai and was low-key wanting him to win, but Rodriguez definitely won me over. Fantastic performance, he really does have it all.
