80-20/70-30 fight for haney, at this stage of loma's career dev's combo of speed, accuracy, and size is too much. i imagine it will be a very low output fight with haney sneaking in more shots most of the rounds, they will mutually fall into clinches a lot.

it will be like a more competitive haney-kambo, maybe 116-112. btw props to haney if this happens , he's showing the will to make good fights happen right away. not like all these dudes who fight mediocre opponents and go through their 20s talking about how they can move slow cuz they're so young, or these 34 year old clowns who've still done nothing

loma too of course, he went straight for it when he turned pro

We as fans don't know how much they cut, their training and nutrition, etc, etc. I get sick of the weight bully argument too. If you can make the weight, you can fight at that weight.

Try telling that to Conor Benn.

Pacquiao went from all time great to barely scraping through as he went up in weight.

The only reason Loma is at 135 is because that's where he believes the bigger money is.

Weight is just one more factor in the overall risk /reward equation but there's something dissatisfying about watching the little guy lose against the bigger guy.

Unless it's Canelo of course.

That may be a slight overstatement regarding Pacquiao. Beat Hatton at light welter, beat Marquez and De la Hoya and Mosley and Cotto at welter, beat Margarito at light middle, that was... still pretty good.
