Yes, that seems to his best chance tonight. Some would say his only chance.

If Beterbiev does go down, Yarde will be all over him.

This is not the night for Anthony Yarde to attempt to outbox Beterbiev.

Leave that to the likes of Bivol or Usyk.

I didn't really care about him before, but now I hope he wins a title in the future.

An unexpectedly competetive fight and an entertaining one. Probably Beterbiev prepares mentally to his fights relying on those expectations. Look how he performed against Callum Johnson with Deines and against Gvodzdyk with Smith Jr.

Beter was openly trying to kayo Yarde fast, he pressed forward without caring much about the defence, but Yarde was ready to fight back. Yarde is fast and powerful enough, but the problem with him is that he fights without much of thought. He was looking for trading for all time and he got caught.
