You'll get no argument from me concerning the way he's gone from villain to hero, immense credit to him for doing that.

There's no need for me to give specific examples when the received wisdom is that cannabis is harmful to people's health, that's not pulling a statement out of my arse, it's just an acknowledged fact. The onus is on you to produce stories to contradict that fact if you know that AJ enhanced the lives of the people he sold drugs to.

no it's not, i never made the claim that he harmed people's lives, you did, despite knowing absolutely nothing about those cases. he who makes the claim has the onus

there are many proven benefits to weed and loads of examples of it helping people immensely. it's a real thing that's well documented. i also know several people who had years of chronic pain they've only managed to deal with due to it - it transformed their lives. thankfully people are getting far less hysterically prude about it these days and it's legalized in more places, so fewer people have to buy off the streets anyway

no one was even praising aj , just saying it was hardly the crime of the century

Never a truer word spoken. 6-8 years ago this place was not only busy, the conversation was actually adult level. I hadn't posted for some time and came back recently to find a little nuthouse in its place. Sad, but it is amazing how much a small minority of nutters can do.
