swelling up on right side of huni's head, there was a pretty clean accidental head clash last round, maybe that's the cause. not really a thing you often see from a punch

last round now, fight had competitive moments, especially early on, but huni should be comfortably ahead by now

Talk about how to throw a fight away by Kevin Lerena.

We don;'t know the scores yet but had he got a knock down in the last then it might be the difference.

Lerena better than I thought ! Big 10th !

Thought it would be an easy win - anything but.
Gotta be Huni by "good learning fight" decision...

ya, mind boggling. absolutely no killer instinct

twice in the fight he hurt huni and hardly followed up. when it's round 10 and your losing, and there isnt another round to go, fricking empty it all trying to get him out man!

Oh my! Agonising to watch that, it was there for him but didn’t seem to have the tank left to finish things, cracking left hand & Huni was all over the place. Real tough cookie is Lerena but his main issue seems to be putting it together at key moments in fights, lack of killer instinct seemingly. Hell of a start to the main card.

huni rightfully gets the win, but a lotta work to do. at this point he's not going to hold up against the top guys of the division, dont know that he'd get past guys like efe, agit, etc either

has some solid tools there, but for this style, and how we've seen him hit and hurt, he really needs to be more of a physical force. in lieu of that, tighten his D up

Decent card already.
I enjoyed that and the Greene fight.
Huni is good to watch at this level.

ya it was a solid fight, huni with his biggest adversity yet. lerena frustrates me though, you can see the talent, but he just doesnt apply it fully. dont know if it's confidence, lack of gas, or whatever

Have to agree on current evidence, obviously he’s under ten fights at the minute but his two main wins are against cruiserweights stepping up to HW and he was badly hurt there. Looks a fairly classy boxer but may be difficult to keep the bigger guys off him. Back to the drawing board I guess but a good watch.

Nice guy Lerena too.
He got the stars around Huni's head, shame he was too tired to "Finish HIm.."

Maybe he wasn't supposed to?
He seemed to 'wake up' a couple of times during the fight, then backed off.

Watched Huni throughout his ameteur carreer he's always been good value , the guy is a very capable boxer , fast , puts them together well , got a good engine , but i don't know i can't help but think he does'nt have the power required to keep the top dogs off him , i could just imagine a Chisora , taking him to the deep waters and landing the big one . Hope i'm wrong

i think it's a mental thing. he hurt huni in the 2nd and had the same tame reaction , before gassing wouldve been an issue

chisora may be too shopworn these days, but ya overall i agree. he's either gonna have to become much more of a physical presence, and im not sure how much power he can really add tbh, or significantly improve his defense and adapt a more cautious approach

his current style is the one of a bigger, harder hitting guy who can take them back okay. he does show flashes of being able to box and move well, but never sticks to that for long

Cliche but Lerena a great learning fight for Huni, had to overcome serious adversity even if momentarily
