I'd say it's a good win. He completely dominated MJ, even though he never got out of secound gear
He was more defensively responsible and less on the gas. MJ was very hesitant, even in the last round, when everyone including his corner knew (and told him) to do something. He just looked happy to get a paid trip to Japan and have good tickets for the fight.

Inoue looked like he came out of a light sparring session. Picasso in December should be no problem.

There was no way he could have attended them both. Plus Inoue-MJ was top rank promotion, so don't think he was really bothered.

I'm not saying he should've attended both.
I'm saying, if he actually believed his guy would beat one of the P4P best fighters on the planet, he would've prioritize this event instead of some other card.

Naoya Inoue? The best fighter in the world? Murodjon Akhmadaliev needed to see it to believe it.
