To be fair back in the early 2000s we did regularly get WBU title fights as the main event and an 8 rounder as the chief support with mismatches below that.

I think it's been a long time since that's been the case tho. Obviously we had the Womens title fight as chief support here but without that it's a British title fight which I expect won't be particularly even and an 8 round mismatch as chief support.

I can confirm I did not keep her coming, possibly not even once, Only time I made her wet was when she got the deeds to both the houses and half my pension.....

I am enjoying it I really like Callum so looking forward to that, met him in Aug at the hotel before the Oakwell fight as by luck my in laws were over from Oz and we were in the same hotel as all the Boxxer side, Callum spoke to my daughter as he is a boxing obsessive like me and made her day - he had not even weighed in so I can imagine it was the last thing he wanted to do, but him, Kevin Maree, Jon Pegg and the Hennessey's were so kind so I am following Simpson's career and hoping he does as well as he can.

Hahahahahaahh I can confirm she no longer has to box as she has 2 mortgage free homes and can possibly rent out her lady garden as an Air BnB as a 2-bed-roomer

sorry for silly comments when the tragic story of Callum's sister is being aired. Genuinely heartbreaking.

I remember ages ago Porky was making serious suggestions against Coldwell, didn't he even take a billboard out?

Then he was going to do a big expose, and didn't.

Have you got more inside info?

This could be a pretty competitive fight if Woodhall gets some encouragement early on.

That was a classic BBBofC stoppage. Well done to Robert Smith and the whole team, you are a credit to not just boxing, but an inspiration to us all.

My ex-wife will testify that I know my onions when it comes to premature stoppages, but that was very premature.

Simpson left as unfulfilled as my ex wife.

I talk about my ex wife too much....

Round 2.

Woodhall knocked down, went down with his head going like one of those nodding dogs. Got up seemed to have his wits about him. Got hit by one more shot and ref jumps in with him clearly trying to fight back. Just shown the replay and it is bad, no evidence he was hurt worse than when he got knocked down at all.
