Can't really knock Eubanks there. Plenty to work on IMO but a decent, easy victory.

Yeah I'm coming round to him - obviously TMK is basically done at this stage, but that was never really in doubt.
Broke him down, got the KDs and showed good finishing - he's high-end domestic at least.

McKenna is a corpse at this point. Light punching Mimoune had him out of there sharpish. Harlem didn't throw one jab all night. You need to have a jab in boxing. Getting pushed out on prime time channel 5 with that low level of skill. Most decent Brit fighters in that division would have had McKenna out of there in 3-4 rounds max.
That's another view !
TBF I didn't realise he'd moved up to 147 permanently now - not sure Smith/Azim woulda got TMK outta there that much quicker.

I wonder why Eubank Snr thinks the Benn vs Jr fight won’t go ahead?

Agree I said in a earlier post he should off finished him a lot earlier . To.me main event tv fights should be competitive at least . Who wants to see Eubank again . Not me UNLESS he steps up .

One sided fight,.mostly boring with the odd bit of class from Eubank, not really sure what McKenna's tactics were, didn't box or scrap and was too reluctant to let his hands go, Harlem is a typical Eubank, naturally athletic, a sharp punch picker with a small ring IQ, doesn't jab, didnt try to break McKenna down to the body despite it being his Achilles, he still won everything Eubank mind, put McKenna down with lovely screw shot right in the 5th and again in the 7th, the right catching McKenna square footed and dumping him on the seat of his pants, he's a bit too patient for my liking though Eubank, still he got McKenna out of the in the 10th, put him down with a cracking shot to the pit of his stomach, no sure why the ref ruled it low, McKenna didn't even believe that, still Eubank had him down again from a right, once McKenna got up Eubank was teeing off on him in the corner when the ref stopped it, I'm still no convinced with Eubank

Not the best night's boxing Channel 5 have screened, but not the worst either.

Eubank needs proper title action now in 50/50 fights.

Hopefully the European featherweight title fight between Cristobal Lorente v Michael Conlan will be shown on Channel 5 too. Makes sense after the bit of build up they gave it.
