At one time yes. Nowadays inactivity has become so the norm I'd give it 18 months before removing anyone from rankings now.

I believe Joshua is unavailable for selection in our rankings because of the 12 month rule. Boxers rarely get dropped and if they do, they deserve it for being inactive.
