They could be gambling a little with the weather. I'm going to assume it will be at night because it gets HOT in the summer in Egypt. It could easily be 25+ at night.

They need to only put on about a 4 fight card or so with 2 or 3 of 'em expected to be fairly early KO's. Enough to give people a show, but mostly kept within the 2 or 3 hours of the day where the temperature would be most ideal.
