I am unashamedly a fan of Roger Whittikar - honest to god he has a tremendous voice.

There's an excellent documentary coming up on BBC2 about the history of soul music, starting with the legendary Ray Charles. Soul Deep it's called.

I like a fairly mixed bag of stuff.

The manufactured pop pap that gets fed down the radio the last 10 years or so is shit and just noise pollution.

Been listening to a lot of unsigned rock bands in the Glasgow area as my son plays in one that are sooooooo close.

First unsigned band in a while to SELL OUT King Tuts Wah Wah Hut.

Other than that anything from Neil Young to Marlyn Manson.

Been listening recently to Rhapsody. Cd similar to War of the Worlds but to operatic vocals and metal music.

Apart from that coming to Glasgow must see gigs this year.

System of a Down, Slipknot, Motley Crue, Audioslave, Alice Cooper to name but a few.
