I do all low rep high weight, Maximum 6 reps except in warmup for all squats ,bench and deadlifts. I will do sets of 8-12 reps for bicep, tricep, shoulders and calves as i have found they respond better to this.

I think the ears are a bit of a giveaway. So he's put a couple of stone on, many of my mates did exactly the same thing when they hit 30 and started to settle down. I'm pretty sure he could go and sweat it off in no time if he wanted to, but he probably can't be bothered. The extra baggage also makes it a little harder for the average bloke in the street to recognise him.

So hes put some weight on? Big deal.
He's not a boxer anymore is he. Hasnt been for a number of years now. So why the worry and the piss ripping?
You lot all chisselled Adonosis then? or are u just guys whod love to be like Hamed, who doesnt have to work, millions in the bank, a nice family and an easy time for the rest of his life?
I was never a great fan of Hamed, always found him over hyped and a pain in the erse but so what if hes carrying wieght. 90% of u lot probably are too.
