Tyson did not "refuse" to fight Foreman. He would probably have destroyed Foreman in 1990.
A prime Foreman probably would have destroyed Tyson.

If Tyson would've fought Foreman in the 80's everyone would've thought it was a joke, but maybe just like when Foreman fought Holyfield they wouldn't have been laughing when it was over.

I think, Foreman would have the same tools against Tyson, which he successfully used vs Frazier. He could deal with attacks of shoter hard hitting fighters, he could neutralize such opponents well and counter with his own onslaught.
