The bloke he hit bwas pissed and has admitted that he fell out in front of Amir's 'Paid for in Cash' BMW.
Remember, Eubank killed someone and didn't get jailed and showed remorse.
Nas fucked off, tried to blame his brother, swapped clothes with him and denied it all whilst some poor sod was left trapped and badly hurt. Has he helped the victim, no, paid his mortgage whilst he's been laid up no. So it's hardly the same and Khan and Eubank.
Besides, he only changed his plea to guilty when they got his DNA off the airbag otherwise he would still be denying it now.
In addition, Mercedes should be nicked for selling a car like that to him with his previous drving record.
Like selling a kid a loaded gun IMO and then wondering why someone get's shot.
