I think we're gonna see Ricky's first loss tonight.

I was surprised to see that none of the regular news services (from what I have seen) have really mentioned the cuts-factor so far. Huge worry as far as I am concerned. Hatton can go for his war with JLC, but if he gets some nasty cut early on, it could be either a very short... or long night, but either way it might not end the way Ricky would like it too. :-?

i think it's always a huge worry.

more so now he's boxing stateside.

castillo does lean in with his head a lot.

i just hope he cuts hatton with the head and not his fists.

otherwise it's a stoppage.

Yep Castillo looks the bigger man in those shots, and Hatton looks gaunt alright, but so does the man from Mex. I'm guessing both will look ok in an hour or so though.

Could get interesting...I've been thinking Castillo might be close to shot, but you never know. And if he's not, then Ricky better be on good form tonight.

been mulling and mulling about this one all weekend...

just bout to get outta bed to watch it, so i'll nail my colours to the mast. fancy hatton to win, probably by points. big decision is over how he will fight. i think it'll be a bit of a disappointment, and that he'll use some boxing skills and less brawling then we'd like and that castillo will fade late on and ricky will win in a 117-111 decision or something along those lines.

Good win for Hatton but I must say Castillo looked shot to me, he looked shot in his last fight but everyone was thinking that he still had something to dig out for a big fight, but he didnt... that said though great performance from Hatton... perhaps the fact that he didnt blow up so much between fights this time and looked much better in there wont be lost on him hopefully and he'll continue to keep his weight under more control...
