Barker is a big middleweight prospect in England - maybe it's too early to throw in 2 prospects like this. But being Australian he could be eligible for a shot at Barker's Commonwealth title. Would be one heck of a good matchup and Barker's promoter Hennessy seems to like putting on competitive fights...

What does Geale fight like? Boxer? Slugger?
I really rate Barker have been impressed with him since i saw him beat Crampton. It would be a great match up.

Is it to big a fight for the Commonwealth title though? Winner would be knocking on the door of the top 10 at 160 if they fought.
The commonwealth title used to be a big thing. A few rivalries like this may help it return to a better position amongst the alphabet soup (to coin a Brian Kenny phrase).

That's smart, best way for geale to fix his few floors.
These opponents are not world class but are ex contenders and fringe boxers.

He's young, another year in Australia with some strong opponents, not Phillipino's but all 3 of the afore mentioned opponents before taking on the world,

I for one don't want to see another repeat of Taylor/Mosely.
Geale has beaten Dawson Great!, Dawson has beaten 1 name only, too early to expect him to go fight oversee'.
Floors? Do you think he is a few stories short, or do you mean "flaws"? I also think you mean "to fight overseas."
Oh, It's like that!
