I always laugh when people measure a fight before it's happened.

Trying to sell this off of Benn-Eubank was always going to be a let-down.

And who expected Benn-Eubank to be such an epic, anyway? Everyone thought Benn would blow him out in a few rounds.

Who expected Benn-McClellan to be such an epic? Everyone thought McClellan would blow him out in a few rounds.

You can never really predict an epic. It just happens.

Maccarinelli is ordinary. Haye is on a different level. Haye will blow him away inside 4.
it wasn't exactly an isolated viewpoint, but it's what I always felt about this fight. This result was the ONLY result for the good of boxing.

A very big round of applause to everyone who went out on a limb and predicted a KO for Haye. Now could everyone stop kissing their own arses perhaps?

No way Is Enzo's jaw glass, he took some Insane single shots and stood up but when Haye threw his flurry to make sure Enzo was out that was when Enzo got wobbly.

Agreed. I'd actually praise Maccarinelli's jaw.

D'ya know what's really scary? After the fight Haye said he felt the shots he hit Maccarinelli with were "not that hard". Those weren't 'Hayemakers' David was landing. He hadn't even started bringing the big guns in at that point. :o

I'm sure there were about five posts before this? I was pretty much replying to somebody?

Weird.
