Jamie is fantastic, he deserves a title shot.
I think Oliver Harrison is a fantastic trainer, but Freddie Roach is one of (or maybe is) the best in the World, imo.WildWaylon wrote:It was bloody daft sacking Harrison. Khan should have stayed with him.

Great team around him, he should do very well.DG. wrote:BABY BLUE wrote:I think Jamie will go far i hope he gets a world title shot next year or so.Olly harrison done pretty good job with jamie and co .
Well said!
Oliver Harrison being dumped the way he was by Amir Khan(T) must have had some effect on OH , but he does not appear to have any obvious downside. Didn't Amir get knocked out soon after?![]()
Good job all round by Oliver Harrison - Jamie Moore - Kerry Kayes etc.
Khan by time he fought Limond had a horrible lack of defence and did Olly teach him anything?WildWaylon wrote:It was bloody daft sacking Harrison. Khan should have stayed with him.

I agree, Moorsey said on here he wanted a shot at the Euro title, then he said "but I suppose I shall have to fight Facey again". He was clearly pissed off and had very little motivation.DG. wrote:Max Molyneux wrote:WildWaylon wrote:

I think if the job is tedious ( going over old ground re: Jones and Facey) you can under perform.
It can happen, motivation might have been the issue.

So you think he had learned better defense when he fought Prescott, I dont think so. Has Roach changed him, I didnt see too much change when he fought Fagin. He has the style he has and will always revert to it leaving himself open when he goes in with his flurries. OK at the lower levels although he did get caught out with Limond and Gomez. MAB will teach him his biggest lesson so far. I think the Barrera fight will be his last PPV.Max Molyneux wrote:Khan by time he fought Limond had a horrible lack of defence and did Olly teach him anything?WildWaylon wrote:It was bloody daft sacking Harrison. of course. every time Moore was given a chance to step up another level he looked brilliant - 1st Jones fight, Piccirillo fight.DG. wrote:Max Molyneux wrote:WildWaylon wrote:

World level guys haven't dealt with Piccirillo in the manner that Mooresy did either. I can't believe (well I can with you actually) that you're trying to run down an excellent performance to win the European titleMax Molyneux wrote:Khan by time he fought Limond had a horrible lack of defence and did Olly teach him anything?WildWaylon wrote:It was bloody daft sacking Harrison. this fits with everything i have seen and heard and i agree made Harrison's job near impossibleWales wrote:Max Molyneux wrote:Khan by time he fought Limond had a horrible lack of defence and did Olly teach him anything?WildWaylon wrote:It was bloody daft sacking Harrison. Rumour has it he was getting a right dressing down after the limmond fight by oliver before "team khan" burst in saying how fantastic a performance it was, what a finish etc... How can a trainer teach you anything when everyone around you is ignoring your flaws ?

If you're as good as your last fight, Moore is looking VERY good.
It was most likely good for OH in the long run, Khans chin was going to get smashed to pieces and OH would have been blamed whenever it happened...WildWaylon wrote:It was bloody daft sacking Harrison. Khan should have stayed with him.

Great performance by Moore, has really developed into a really good all round fighter. Took Piccirillo out of his rhythm straight away and broke him down patiently

Did you know that Baysangurov is actually Russian for 'Bitch' - I kid you not...well.....
