My view on the card.... a great bill, but sadly for various reasons dissapointed in my opinion. Lots of 50:50 or close to 50:50 fights on the card, but sadly for one reason or another - each of the fights dissapointed me a tad.

Walsh vs Sykes - Good fight, good honest battle, but quite one sided really. Walsh a level above Sykes (didn't look that way on paper, but that's how it transpired).

Gavin vs Skeete - Close fight, but not an exciting one.

Saunders vs Eubank Jnr - Close fight, a decent contest, but have to say was dissapointed in Jnr.... thought his hand speed didn't look as good when stepping up and shares his father's balance issues when trying to press the action. Saunders in some ways reminded me of Macklin.... seemed to be really fading towards the end of the fight, that's a few times now he's seemed to have struggled down the stretch. I've gone from think they both could be world class prospects to thinking that might be the furthest they can go. Perhaps I am being harsh cos it was a close, decent contest, and both gave a lot of themselves - but I was dissapointed by the overall standard considering these were hyped as world prospects.... and Oliver vs Mullings it was not.

Fury vs Chisora - Well done Fury, dissapointed in Chisora.

Fight of the night for me was Buglioni vs Johnson - Close contest, good action and that was about the level I excepted of Buglioni.

Probably the solitude of moving to a rural location in a foreign country for months, away from family, employing top class sparring partners at huge expense, the nutrition, etc... It's hardly nipping down to Fitness First, is it?

Taking it seriously and no cutting corners, something that Tyson hasn't always done in the past.

Peter Fury always comes across as a very sensible, switched-on individual. Impressive guy.

Peter seems like a real top chap. Switched on, genuine and honest.

Makes it hard to believe some of the stories surrounding him regarding his early years!

I'd say he makes it hard to believe he was anything other than thoroughly competent in 'that' life, too....

Eubank Jr always comes across well in interviews, I think.
