I fancy Chavez here, he is huge at the weight against a fighter who is a natural light middleweight. Watching Martinez against Macklin & Barker I think he is on the way down whilst Chavez is on the way up. I could be completely wrong but something is telling me Chavez wins this one.Chambers2 wrote:Martinez is 7/2 to KO Julio Chavez Jnr, don't know if I'm missing somat, but that looks mega generous to me
I'm surprised you say that, but I've not seen Chavez Jr fight in a while.......... he must've improved a lot (going by your prediction)Hagler2002 wrote:I fancy Chavez here, he is huge at the weight against a fighter who is a natural light middleweight. He has improved a lot and is a monster at the weight, I think he comes into the ring around 170lbs. I can see Martinez winning the early rounds but as he slows down Chavez will get to him.Chambers2 wrote:I'm surprised you say that, but I've not seen Chavez Jr fight in a while.......... he must've improved a lot (going by your prediction)Hagler2002 wrote:I fancy Chavez here, he is huge at the weight against a fighter who is a natural light middleweight. ive watched a couple of his fights recently, and he is hardly a defensive wizard. martinez can certainly whack, so for chavez to win he will need to display a granite chin.Chambers2 wrote:I'm surprised you say that, but I've not seen Chavez Jr fight in a while.......... he must've improved a lot (going by your prediction)Hagler2002 wrote:I fancy Chavez here, he is huge at the weight against a fighter who is a natural light middleweight. That's just crazy enough to come in. I'm on itCasio wrote:Bet for the weekend...speculative to say the least on certain aspects![]()
Bellew by stoppage
Olusegan to win outright
Klitschko on points
Dawson via stoppage
£5 pays about £1300.

The other guy's record doesn't look owt special though., he could have fought at a pretty low level. Other guy can be had at around 5/2 or 3/1 ish. I'd be tempted if he was just slightly bigger on the odds.Casio wrote:Thats crazy! 1/5! Could be an upset on the cards then.mickey1975 wrote:Purdy is 1/5 on tonight. I might also have a little dabble on it to keep it interestingThe Insider wrote:Burns inside 12 is my weekend bet @ 6/1. Mitchell could be in trouble if Ricky keeps it on him in the last 3/4 rounds.
The 4/6 has gone now, best price is 8/13.SteveDow wrote:I think the 4/6 on Burns just to win is an excellent price given he's boxing at home and looking at the respective performances against Katsidis. Thing Burns should control the fight from distance and win a comfortable points decision.
