My opinions on this fight are clear, with the fight itself, the ppv price & the ticket prices.
What if the miracle happens ?
Where would it lie in the biggest shocks category?

It’d be the biggest shock at heavyweight since Tyson/Douglas I think.

A lot of the remaining tickets are official premium. Maybe Ticketmaster bought the gate? There is bargains to be had on resale, though.

Geeeze ill laugh if its like 4 degrees and raining sideways.
Long range forecast is about 6degrees at 10pm but will feel damp and miserable sitting out in that cold. I wonder if there is a Plan B in case of rain etc or will the boxers fight in fur coats ?

Although I think it's highly unlikely these types of fights have all in ingredients of an upset. Over confident champ, maybe not training as hard as normal, thought to be a formality and an opponent who will likely come in the best shape of his life and go for it as it's his lottery win if he causes an upset. Like a lot of fighters Fury doesn't always fight great when there isn't a challenge for him and sometimes that is their downfall.

Really everyone should be shouting that this isn’t good enough. What a load of old tosh dressed up as a supposed PPV fight. You’d think it would just make a massive loss!

My mate, who's very into his boxing, got offered a free ticket by a mutual acquaintance who's a bit flash and has bought a few to take his mates out, and said no. He told the bloke to get in touch with me as an alternative but, even though he hasn't (no love lost between me and this fella anyway) I'd still say no too, even if he's shelled out for good seats.
£6.50 for a pint? Outside, damp and freezing in November? Plus Tottenham is a sh*thole and a nightmare to get home from. You're talking not being able to even get on the train platform and then trying to find a cab alongside thousands of other pissed up mongs.
I've also seen this fight live before, at the Excel. It was AWFUL.
There is no redeeming features to this COVID-ridden gob in the eye of the fans. They can f*ck off.
C*nts.
That's exactly how I see it

I just cannot work out WHY a promoter would be willing to lose money big time ,, ruin a reputation built over yers , put his head on the chopping block , WHATEVER ,,, just to pay a diva what he wants and also give him a easy fight , especielly a diva who every time he gets what he wants just gets worse and worse with his bullshit and demands .
Foook him off tell him to he only gets good money when he fights good opponents , end of don't like it RETIRE again

So far this is being shown on Sky Box Office in NZ, but with no price or how to book it.
They never do this, the price is always on the listing.
So it seems it is free to air down under.
Hope there is something worth watching on the undercard because even if it is free, the main event does not warrant my time or anyone else's really.

So how much does the proper PPVs cost in UK? 25 £ doesn't seem like very much. Wasn't Ruiz - Ortiz and Helenius - Wilder something like 75 in the US? That's too much but 25 is just a few pints less at the pub... (I paid 25 for the Helenius fight in Finland, that was a bit high but what can I do! Need to follow the sport...)

They still have some at £20.
But AJ and Fury are now selling £25+

I'd put Lewis vs Rahman and Klit vs Sanders as bigger upsets.

I wouldn’t put Klitschko/Sanders with it but Lewis/Rahman would run it close.

It was for the WBO. Wlad had lost before then and no-one was really saying he was number 1 as Lennox was still fighting.

Delboy better bring a duvet and a onesie assuming Tyson’s ring walk will be milked for a good 10-12 mins like the Whyte fight.

He might walk faster when he sees all the empty seats.

I’ve got a feeling this fight may be pulled in fight week and blamed on illness or a small injury. Del will get fucked over, FWarren won’t lose face and millions and Tyson goes into an undisputed fight in April.
Cmon it’s not gonna sell on PPV and it’s pretty obvious that at least half of the 50k sold on the first day were bought by touts.
If the weather is bad… which is highly likely… most people with tickets might bail anyways. It’s hard attending a football game you are truly invested in over the winters and that’s a couple of hours. So much downtime with boxing events… it’s gonna be hell.
What the hell happens to the people who have got 200 quid tickets to sit on the floor if it rains… no madmen can deal with that for too long.
