i cant anme on eifhgt where he got stuff his own way but can name a fihgt where he took on someone on their terms
if anyone can give me an example of mayweather getting it his own way say it

Title meant it had to be at 147. It was a better selling tool.

nonsense, belts mean eff all.
Hatton fighting pac at 140 for IBO, mooted marquez fight at 142-145 for no belt.

he certainly didn't get his own way before facing DLH!! DLH picked the gloves,venue and virtually evrything else..

Mayweather said Hatton didnt want to face him at 140 because he wanted to keep his 140lb championship
BTW Marquez is the 1 who called out the 147lber that is Mayweather, why should Mayweather come down in weight?

Though I personally don't think it matters what he does or does not do - he's best fighter on planet at any weight from light-welter to middle....

are you that thick mate? Hatton could have had the fight at 140 years before but didn't want it. Who did Mayweather call out after the gatti win? Mayweather went up to 154 against floyd and you expect him to go all the way down to 140 to fight hatton when mayweather is pound for pound king and miles better than hatton? ridiculous. hatton had a chance to fight floyd at 140 but didn't want it at the time. if they fought at 140 hed still get a complete hiding anyway.
