Can anyone offer some insight on Brits that have been consensus top 10 world lb-4-lb over the last 20 years?

I realise there's no definitive list, but say Ring magazine for example (do they publish year end lb-4-lb listings)?

Hatton, Lewis, Calzaghe, Hamed, Benn (perhaps, but not certain), Honeyghan (would probably just squeeze into the 20 year limit), Eubank (maybe, but doubtful).

And that's really all I can think of.

Guess if Froch goes on winning and Haye beats Klitschko(s) we could have 3 in there which is good going given recent history
