So, Hatton and Calzaghe have moved on. Nicky Cook, Michael Jennings, Enzo Maccarinlli have probably gone as far as they can go.

What happen now? Who flies the flag for British boxing?

Carl Froch?

David Haye? Amir Khan? Junior Witter?

In the next 2 or 3 years, who is going to be coming through on the "world" stage?

Froch, Haye and Khan are our best bets really.

Kevin Mitchell could go somewhere as all most of the big boys are no longer at 130.

hopefully John Murray will get matched well coz I really like his style adn think he could mature well

and dont forget we have the olympians to look out for.

"Early Doors" but perhaps Dareen Sutherland is the best bet. Who, of course, isn't British!

has a good style and can see him going places in the next few years if matched well.

Froch and Haye I expect to burn brightly for a very short time ..
Witter I feel is on his last legs..

Murray and Mitchell I think will struggle to make an impact at the world stage.

Khan I think with his connections will linger around for a good few years yet.

But of the better known Brits, I think Kell Brook will prob be our best hope.

Possibly, but the guy does need testing. A classy win of a strong opponent won him the title, but really, he hasn't been tested much at all.

Froch , although exciting he will lose to the better caliber of fighter he was very close to losing against taylor .
I think haye will lose against wlad . Funnily I think khan may improve and may do well , but obviously punch resistance is an issue . I think joe murray or gavin could prove the best of those who just turned pro

good point, but i do expect the 3 under FW to be in the limelight and get good publicity. i really do think Saunders and Frankie could do well for themselves though. european level for sure IMO.

id agree with joe murry but id put forward tyson fury, david price and billy joe saunders as well

Hard to say, but in both cases they seem a little bit like a bad KO waiting to happen.
