Who are our british top 2 ELITE fitjhters in the last 10 years in the divisions from Feather to Heavy?

I mean the Elite in Britain/ theuy may not have proved to be World class - but they were they best we had/got.

Where did this new term Elite become an official measure, how do you define it?

I mean, I might start a thread asking who were the elite Southern Area fighters of the last ten years -- may not have made it to British level, but Southern Area elites.

Of course it's all semantics, and we're going to get into some deep philosophical argument about labelling and words and whether you can ever truly define anything in this sense, but I think it's always safer to go with received wisdom, and that is to call British level fighters British level fighters, European level fighters european level fighters -- not to add the word 'elite' onto every category possible.

Why not phrase the question "Britain's best fighters"?

I believe that quite a few Brits were considered 'elite' or 'world class' fighters in the last ten years.

i would say Scott HArrison was better than Ingle

to me elite is being at the very top of the sport and not just being a good world champ.
