Sakio Bika three fights in three months

Sakio Bika, intends to get his career back on course with three fights in three months, the first of which is scheduled for next month.bika's bid for world domination will be launched in downtown Brisbane or Canberra.
"It's not ideal," Bika's trainer David Birchell said of the humble relaunch. "I find it amazing there aren't fighters lining up to challenge him because you can't escape that he's a big name in America. If a fighter beats Sakio, they get an instant name there because of The Contender
"I don't know why it is so hard to get a fight," Bika said. "I am the world champion but it is difficult to get fights."
Birchell is adamant Bika is among the world's leading super-middleweights and would love to see him fight Danish WBA champion Mikkel Kessler, Hungarian WBO champion Karoly Balzsay, Canadian IBF titleholder Lucian Bute or England's Carl Froch, who recently mugged Jermain Taylor in their duel for the WBC belt.
A significant problem is that by winning The Contender, Bika became the property of its producers. The man behind the show, Jeff Wald, has tried to organise a bout between Bika and Mundine, but so far he hasn't been able to organise fights on the prestige US channels Showtime or HBO.
"That is where I want to fight," Bika said. "But I have to get active. I am open to fight anyone. "I have asked Kessler for a fight but he says we are friends, we can't fight. I think we can."

I bet he wont
He wont fight any decent guys anyway, so he cant see much point of it to be honest. Bika needs a big fight and I know he is one of the most avoided guys out there, surely Kessler would give him a fight?

Nah mate, at this stage he just needs to fight. The Contender put his name out there but it also stalled his career because they couldn't get him fights. I hope he does fight three times, but I would be happy if it was three times this year let alone three times in three months...

Barrera is a 20-9 middleweight

Alvarez as a 22-0 Super middle looks a better prospect

How much cash would you be expecting and where would you fight?

I'd love to see Bika vs Bute - I think the Aussie boy may just take the title home in that one.

Bika has improved since losing to Bute in 2007 with more international fights.

That attitude is the reason why he can't get fights.

He does hold the IBO version of the World Super Middleweight championship. What do you want him to say?
What the hell is 'attitude' anyway? In real life I have only heard that said by drunks who were losing arguments.

Sakio doesnt appear to have an attitude problem, or his management. It is pure frustration on their behalf. Difficult when nobody, regardless of rank, wants to fight you.

I heard that Kessler gave Bika a bit of a thrashing when they sparred, and he went home early. Not sure how much truth there is to that though.

Bika sparred with Kessler before Bika fought Bute. He went to Canada, not home.

Bullshit!
He turned down a June fight against Jean Pascal just a few weeks ago. He said he was waiting for something bigger.

Yeah, I should have said "left early".

I heard Sakio was offered Victor Oganov and wanted no part of it. I find it pretty weak that a fighter wont find someone in Australia and stills talks about people avoiding him. Thats the reason why he holds a cornflakes world title.

That would actually be a good domestic fight and the fact Victor has fought in the States couldn't hurt...

Because he did.
Pascal's people made an offer to Bika for a fight in June at the Uniprix Stadium in Montreal. He turned it down.
Then a few weeks later Pascal was offered a fight against Diaconu and he took it.
