Excellent interview Flex, George Groves didn't get the fanfare of the Olympians when he turned pro, but he could well be the pick of the newly turned pros IMO.

I was surprised to read that he's been sparring (the much BIGGER) Frago so early on in his career, but he should definately improve from the experience

It's been said numerous times on Bunceys Boxing hour, but there are going to be some cracking 12 stone contests in a few years

Nice interview, really liked the look of Groves last time out, looks as good a prospect as we've seen in awhile. Sounds a bright kid too.

It'll be tricky for them to move him right, at the pace they're going, but he's getting top class sparring in the meantime. Looking forward to seeing him on the Wlad/Haye card hopefully - got to be a better option for him than the liverpool one, experience wise, if it comes down to it.

Good interview and really like his attitude to the game. Given he's only 21 he's showing a surprising level of maturity and a welcome level of humility.

To watch, Groves is easily one of my favourites out of the new pros, if not THE favourite. He has a nice fluid style, decent accuracy, decent power. As he said, there are defensive nuances, but he seems like he has right the attitude to iron out the creases.

I do like the look of Groves, and he's confident without appearing a showoff.
I'm still concerned on his style, think he's a bit open for a right hand return when he throws his own big right.

I honestly believe Geroge Groves is going to be something very special indeed - He is not making all the boasts etc etc in the press and is going about his work nice and quietly - right way to do things until of course the time is right and the title shots come along.
