Unfortunately for Ricky, the manner of that defeat will live with him for the rest of his life and though it's a bit harsh to say this, in reality it was quite humiliating for him and would be for any man to take.
He should retire though, because no future fight, even if he won it, would negate what happenned in that fight with Pacquaio.

As I mentioned in the other thread it was like getting blood out of a stone because his management team really are a nasty bunch....
Waited over an hour because they were at Little Chef etc.....shame

Mentioned it before mate but 4/5 of them rolled in with Ricky (who was nice as always in fairness) and stood about like they owned the place.
Made life as difficult as possible, complained about having a photo taken, made derogatory comments to our female photographer, were a bit lairy and to be honest, a group of tossers.
And i'm no shrinking violet......
Before someone says this is to be expected, the majority of boxers I've interviewed and dealt with - at all levels - have generally been superb.
Part of me hopes Hatton will retire so this bunch will be gone, unless they are still hanging on when he's promoting.
