nathan cleverly 15- 0 fights danny mcintosh 10- 0 on the 18th july according to boxrec (although it says on his facebook same night as khan v kotelnik???) for the british title just wondering how everyone thinks this fight will go?

cleverly will win a wide UD imo this is a fight to soon for mcintosh only based on what iv seen on him which is not alot to be honest wondering what everyone else thinks?

Warren had wanted to put it on June 27, but needed a top of the bill for Sky show when Kell Brook pulled out, so Cleverly was switched to May and Hennessy got the other fight.

Glad to see the rival promoters (MH & FW) have managed to get this fight on (on a Hennessy show), hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

I like both fighters, but I think Cleverly is the better of the 2 and will win by mid-round KO IMO, should be a good fight though and who knows what will happen if Clev gets tagged. It should be a cracker

I'd favour Cleverly at the moment, but McIntosh is coming on in leaps and bounds and doesn't mess about when he's in there. He has a hard dig on him too.

Could be a fight of the year contender. :box:

McIntosh can bring a lot more heat than most of the opponents Cleverly has been fighting recently. Oakey was blunt, the Africans pretty hopeless and Boyle, tough but limited.

Danny will plant one on his chin, Danny has crazy power for his weight and experience.

Danny by KO come the 8th. Clev will go to box and Danny will maul him in the end.

Doubt it mate, Cleverly by wide, wide points decision unless he's stopped in 4/5.

I saw him on TV once he was a right cocky sod.

Cleverly by wide points decision or late stoppage for me too. He's a level or two above McIntosh (who is a decent domestic fighter).

I think Clev has too much class for the Mac, but if the Mac lands one of those bombs then who knows.
