McCloskey/Mbaye, any news on venue.

Guys have any of you got any confirmation on this one, Boxrec have it up as taking place in France on July 11th, just wondered if anyone could confirm.
Would fancy McCloskey here or neutral venue but in France he is gonna have to win fairly widely and M'Baye must know this is his last chance so seems sure to give it his all.
Can Paul win 8 rounds out there because I reckon that is what he will have to do, shame if it's not over here you would have thought with Irish fan/tv backing they could have got the fight here.
