I really need to know so i can get a refund. Please help.
Did anyone buy their tickets straight from Germanys answer to ticketmaster - eventim.de ??
If so have you had any luck in getting money back?

Another forum offers the following advice.
Call Eventim (assuming that you bought tickets from them initially) between 10am-3pm on 00491805533933, press option number 2 and then press 0 for English.
I'm told that yes, you can claim your money back.
