To be fair Edwards would be destroyed inside a couple of rounds by Meehan/Cameron and Tua. In saying that its good to see him back and if matched correctly he can make some noise in Australasia

Heres hopeing Ben Edwards will clean up the Aussie heavyweight division.

We'd fight Ben Edwards for sure, it would need to be in Australia though as really no one in NZ knows Edwards. Edwards reputation has been made in OZ so thats the best place for the fight to take place. If a promoter there wants to run with it lets get it on!

Im appreciate all the faith in me as always Funso mate but im a long way off fighting seasoned vets like Tuaman, Cameran and Meehan.

Im pretty well know in NZ kickboxing circles, i fought in the K1 oceania comp there 4 times on TV and Jason Suttie but yeah not so much in the boxing. Im more of a ' yeah ive heard that guys name somewhere but i can't remember where' kind of guy haha

Its only my 3rd boxing fight and 1st as a pro.

Boxing is a whole new world next to kickboxing, im just training hard and looking to do my best and we'll see what happens

Good luck with the transition Ben. Let me know if you need any help with opponents etc and I think its big of you to say your not ready for Tuaman, Cameron and Meehan. Much the same as they would be ready to match it with you in a kick fight

I think the Hoppa fight was counted as a pro fight Ben. Well at least towards records anyway.

27 months is a pretty big break between a first and second fight.

I have had over 10 kickboxing fights since i knocked Hoppa out including having 7months out with a broken shoulder so i haven't been doing nothing.

Id love to fight Big Bob but in my opinion i think Hoppa is going to get him and i don't reckon he'll be doing to much quality boxing after.

Chauncy would be an interesting fight for down the track, don't want to jump the gun too early though, as i said ive only had one real boxing fight so far.

Ive been told i look like a younger ( and better looking haha ) version of British hard man Lenny ' The Guv'nor ' Mclean hence my moniker. Sean Gannon is a tough dude and im happy to be compared to him.

I think a fight between you and Chauncy would be an entertaining bout in a year or so once you have got a few more bouts!

I don't dislike the way Bob carrys himself or his fighting style, he's a tough guy and has had a great career but he had his day a long time ago.

In the Hoppa fight he had nothing after the first round, he was pushing every punch and that was before he hurt his arm.

Full respect to Bob thats just my opinion.
