Read in a Calzaghe article that:

'Gavin and Bradley are actually seeing a dietician at the moment, which shows just how serious they are about making the rest of 2009 a year to remember for themselves'.

Both are very soft at their recent fighting weights - could you see either of them making an impact in the lower weight divisions at any level? And what weight do you think they could make?

Rees should be fighting at 130 tops. Considering his small stature, he did well to beat M'Baye and last until the 12th against Kotelnik at 140. Pryce seems to be an erratic performer, regardless of weight, but 147 should be quite easily attainable with the right diet.

yeah Rees shouldn't be fighter anywhere about super-feather, I reckon he could probably make super-bantam with a bit of discipline.

Pryce was never a big light-middle, welterweight seems like his natural fighting weight.

abit harsh arnt u, they both got a future and can still win somet not as if there finished is it?

I would give a 'sh#t' as you so nicely put it,i happen to think price especially is a very exciting fighter and has been in some classics.

Pryce has been in some very good fights to be fair yeah.

Doubt both will get higher than the levels they already have but who am I to say they wont.

They're both listed as fighting in Newport soon, assume this will be a Calzaghe promoted show, is this still going ahead?

sorry mate didnt realise we had to have your permission to like a fighter

I`m just not convinced either of them are taking their boxing as serious nowadays .. with the Calzaghe connection I think their careers are limited to say the least :(

are they with Frank still?? is this why they havent had any fights recently? Have the joined Joe's promotion?

not sure i know pryce was waitin for his contract to end not sure if it has

Pryce and Rees are good domestic fighters who have the ability to mix it at Euro level. There are fighters with less charisma, and not many who've been in the scraps Bradley has.

Pretty sure both of them are now with Calzaghe Promotions, they are both supposed to be fighting in Newport in July.

To be fair, Teddy, i think you'll find Pryce is well-liked and respected and most fans consider him a must-see performer. he might not be world class, but so what? You have a point about Rees, but you are being hard on Pryce.

Pryce has been one of British boxing's most exciting fighters for the past 6 or 7 years. Matched hard he's shown bollacks and ability to come through for tough wins and hard, narrow loses.

Doesn't mean he shouldn't stay out of the pub though if he's serious about getting back to title class.
