Pownceby steps it up in an intriguing light-heavy contest against Kiwi K1 Legend Shane Chapman
Young kiwi prospect Berridge also steps up to face the slik skills of Venka a big test for him, and a chance for Venka to get back on the horse!
Alexander VS Mensah will provide a matchup between two guys at a crossroads! Winner should move onto bigger things, loser...........its not worth contemplating!

I'm still trying to get excited about this. Don't get me wrong, but this is an average club card

Chopper's best days are many years behind him (kick boxing champion he was no doubt), and looking at the others, the best record is his opponent Pownceby who is 10-0. However his opponents combined record is 16-43.

I reckon the best fight on the undercard is the Alexander v Mensah. That one might be worth a watch

No matter, the main event is definately the major attraction here. I reckon if it's on here i will be watching for sure

This is the same Max Alexander that Sam Soliman beat in the Contender series at Super Middleweight. He would be a bit slow at 200 pounds wouldn't he?

I don't think Max has had a win at Cruiser yet, if he wins I'd like to see him come here and fight Vea or Withers.

Also Alexander has gone the distance with Alexeev and Ishmailov at Cruiser both hard punching natural cruisers. He hasnt been stopped in his 4 losses either so his durability cannot be questioned. This is a crossroads fight for both of them, Winner will move forward possibly onto bigger fights loser will need to re-think there career as they will be heading for Journeyman status!
