For anyone who is intrested i just had half hour chat with craig, himself and freddy have decided he will box at light middle from now on.(154) His first fight at light middle is this saturday in LA. He going to try and get footage for me and il post it on you tube thanks.

Good thats he's sorted out a weight I think he can go far from what i've seen he looks impressive

going to be a tall light middleweight. i see boxrec have the fight as a middleweight contest. his opponent has fought at super middle in the past

Yeah craig says the boy boxed vera up at supermiddle, he will be campaiging at light middle from now on, hes currently trying to make weight with the weigh in being tommorow.

the way you were talking was that he (mcewan) was fighting at light middle tonight but he weighed in at just under 160. take it its in future fights he will be campaigning at LM?

says he was gonna come in at 158, and title fights would be at lm, il post result as it happens

Sounds like McEwan struggled last night against a journeyman. Would be interested in finding out more....

Wonder why McEwan is still being handled with kid gloves? I think he may be the new Andy Lee. We won't know how good he is until he gets a real big test.

He was ment to be fighting Enrique Ornelas which would have been his biggest test my far, but that kinda fell through as enrique people werent really wanting the fight, so this was a replacment and sometimes craig cant get up for these fights, am going to try and get a copy and update onto youtube anyway.

anyone wathc the fight? fightnews.com report says he controlled the fight but it was a SD. scoring all over the place - 79-73 and 77-75 mc ewan but one judge gives it to boone 77-75. major contrast from 79-73 mcewan to 77-75 boone!!!!

I've been told by a reliable US judge that it didn't deserve a SD and Craig won by a fair few rounds.

guessed that. fight news says that mcewan was in control and boone only came on in the final round
