Carnage Corbett KOd Sprong only to have the fight called a NC becuase the ref was a clown.

Angie Parr lost by UD

Carnage got dropped in the 2nd and looked on shakey legs. Looked like spong could end it. He held on and recovered well between rds, came out in the 3rd looking refreshed, landed a sweetly timed right hand on spong's chin and dropped him cold. Spong tried to get up to beat the count but he was tooo shaky so the ref waived it off. Carnage though the ref had not waived it off but instead allowed it to go on so he quickly rushed the defenseless spong and dropped him again with 2 bigs punches.
On first look it looked like a very insportsman like action from carnage but after seeing teh replay you could see that it did look possible that carngage didn't see the ref had waived it off.
Regardless of all that it was an awesome fight. Spong claims to have broken his hand in rd1 but im not totally convinced of that. Carnage go tested but came out on top with a great KO win and I think will do the same in a rematch.
The whole crowd knew that despite the official ruling Carnage is the Champ.

The ref stuffed up by stepping back away from Sprong and waiving his hands at waist height , Corbett seeing his hands waving jumped on Sprong thinking the fight was still going.
The ref was a clown Sprong was shaky and he should have waved it off and helped him to his corner. Not stepped away from them with hands by his side. Absloute Joke. Corbett made all the concessions in this fight. No elbows at 93 KGs. I say do it again with elbows.

If there are no elbows allowed then it's not Muay Thai, it's modified muay thai. The carnage's best tool is his elbows

Yep,
And Sprong claims to be Muay Thai fighter. But refuses elbows.

the longer he goes, the harder it's going to be for him to find fights. He is the best going around at full thai rules at the moment.

Baukaw is way lighter than Carnage. Carnage would destroy him.
I agree that if there is a rematch with sprong it should be with elbows. I am a huge Carnage fan but if anyone else is a fan and is trying to say they didn't thing it could be all over for him in the 2nd rd they are kidding.
On the ref, yes he was a clown because IMO a count should never have been put on. He was out and the fight should have been waived straight off. He tried to buy sprong time by talking to corbett before he even started the count

JWP is getting towards the end of his prime years. But he is still extremely dangerous. I doubt there is a more respected fighter than JWP in australia...... and i still reckon he beat Zambo in the first K1 tournament match they fought in.....he was robbed i tell ya.

He beat Zambo about 5 weeks back in Melbourne, The cut on Zambo's eye was one of the best ive seen. Its amazing they let him keep fighting.
