As u guys have probably seen on another post I had to pull out against Danny Hughes on july 10th because of an elbow injury. And when I rang Frank about this, he told me that Hughes had already pulled out injured. So will be looking for Frank to reschedule this for later this year.

Thanks mate. I am pissed as I was in really good shape and also I am out of pocket but everything happens for a reason. I am trying to keep in shape as much as possible until the injury heals.

Any updates on your sparring partner Terry Dunstan after his suprising prizefighter first round loss. The manner of the defeat doesn't bold well for his boxing future.

your strength is your power and unorthodox style. Don't try to become a great technician because you don't have the time to learn it all plus you'd be more effective if you used the gifts you have. You've got the power to KO any heavyweight. Pressure and more pressure is what you need. Come at them from all angles!!! Right behind you mate :TU: :TU: :TU:

Olubamiwo is probably the best looking (athletic wise) British Heavyweight out there at the minute, hopefully he can come back from that loss, hone his skills and get back on track, if nothing else it will look better for british boxing rather than having some of those awful looking fat heavyweights out there. Its not a good advertisement.
